Let us help you design a home healthcare plan specific to your needs.
Within the first 7 days of service, the Supervisor contacts the client/family to confirm:
Caregiver arrival and professionalism
Tasks are being completed according to the Plan of Care
No safety concerns or unmet needs
Any adjustments needed to the schedule or tasks
Outcome: Early confirmation that services match expectations.
Supervisory visits occur:
Every 60 days for personal care clients
Every 90 days for companion-only clients
During each visit, the Supervisor:
Reviews the Plan of Care with the client
Observes caregiver performance (if present)
Documents changes in condition
Updates the Plan of Care if needed
Outcome: Continuous quality monitoring and compliance with NC DHSR.
Between supervisory visits, Spectrum maintains open communication through:
Client/family check‑ins
Caregiver reports
Incident or change‑in‑condition alerts
Adjustments to the Plan of Care as needed
Outcome: The Plan of Care stays accurate, relevant, and responsive to the client’s needs.
